ArkiSIP
ArkiSIP coordinates structural insulated steel panels with Arkitor mineral exterior, interior, flooring and finishing systems for project-specific modular and panelized construction.

A platform developed collaboratively for each project
ArkiSIP is not a pre-approved one-size-fits-all building assembly. Final structural, fire, thermal, moisture, air, vapour, acoustic and code-performance claims require approved engineering, partner-manufacturer documentation and applicable complete-assembly testing.
Where ArkiSIP can support off-site construction
Modular & volumetric buildings
Coordinated wall, floor, roof and finish packages for factory-built housing, hospitality, workforce and relocatable projects.
Panelized wall systems
Integrated structural, thermal, exterior-protection and interior-lining concepts for repeatable manufacturing.
Multifamily & hospitality
Project-specific systems for apartments, hotels, student residences, senior housing and workforce accommodation.
Institutional & community
Concept development for schools, clinics, remote-community facilities and repeatable building programs.
High-performance envelopes
Steel-faced insulated panels coordinated with mineral protection and project-specific air, water and vapour control.
Hybrid construction
Potential integration with cold-formed steel, mass timber, prefabricated floors and insulated roof systems.
One coordinated prefabricated system
The structural insulated steel panel remains the primary structural and thermal platform. Arkitor systems add project-specific mineral protection, interior lining, flooring and architectural finishing.
Exterior finish & drainage
Project-selected cladding or coating coordinated with attachment, ventilation, air and water control.
ArkiShield protection
Mineral protection layer used where the approved exterior or roof concept requires it.
Structural insulated steel panel
Partner-supplied steel-faced insulated core providing the primary structural and thermal platform.
ArkiCore interior lining
Interior mineral panel coordinated with joints, services, attachments, fire strategy and finishes.
ArkiDecor & ArkiTrim options
Optional architectural surfaces and aluminum profiles for factory or site finishing.
Engineering & validation
Loads, spans, connections, transport, installation and performance require approved project documentation.

Designed around modern off-site construction
Integrated planning
Coordinates structure, insulation, exterior protection, interior lining and finishing early in the design process.
Factory-controlled workflow
Supports repeatable fabrication and the potential to complete selected protection and finish stages before site delivery.
Fewer site operations
Can reduce separate site framing, insulation, sheathing, lining and finishing steps when the approved assembly is designed accordingly.
Durable mineral layers
ArkiShield and ArkiCore provide mineral-based exterior and interior layers for demanding applications.
Finish integration
ArkiDecor and ArkiTrim can be coordinated for clean architectural interiors and repeatable panel details.
Collaborative model
CCM supports modular manufacturers and project teams with system integration rather than competing as a full modular-home manufacturer.
Multiple technologies. One coordinated system.
ArkiSIP brings Arkitor product systems together around the structural insulated steel panel platform.
ArkiShield
Exterior and protective mineral layer for coordinated envelope and selected roof concepts.
Explore ArkiShield →ArkiDecor
Prefinished architectural mineral surfaces for interior finish strategies.
Explore ArkiDecor →ArkiTrim
Aluminum profiles for panel joints, corners, edges and architectural details.
Explore ArkiTrim →Engineering partner
The structural insulated steel panel and full assembly engineering remain project-specific and must be supplied or approved by the applicable project partners.

Is ArkiSIP a commercially standardized building system?
Not as a universal pre-approved assembly. It is developed and coordinated project by project with the relevant structural-insulated-panel manufacturer, designers and engineers.
Does CCM manufacture complete modular homes?
No. CCM’s role is to support system integration and Arkitor material coordination with modular manufacturers and project teams.
Can ArkiSIP include ArkiDecor and ArkiTrim?
Yes, those systems can be reviewed as optional interior finish layers where the project assembly and factory workflow support them.
What information should I provide for a project review?
Project location, building type, target dimensions, structural concept, envelope requirements, fire and energy targets, production method and expected quantities are useful starting points.
